We’ve been open for 8 years and we're a friendly, down to earth studio where everyone is welcome. We attribute our success to the HIIT style training, excellent customer service and amazing community.

We are known for really caring about our members and their overall health. While many of our members joined to get fit or lose weight, what makes them stay is the fact they can have fun, while sweating it out with their F45 family.

WHY F45?

You can save a few dollars and join your local 24/7 gym and slog it out on a few pieces of cardio but you've probably done that before and didn't get great results. That's the F45 difference - the group fitness style of training will lift you out of your comfort zone and into the space where results will happen. All while our trainers keep you safe and motivated.

4 Week Transformation - you will be transformed!

Our classes

We have 35 classes over 7 days and you are free to attend as many as you like for the 4 weeks.

All classes are trainer led and just 45 mins (Saturdays go for 55 mins)

Inbody Scan

We'll include a scan on our Inbody 570 machine which will give you an excellent overview of your body composition. This will be done at the start & end of the 4 weeks

FAQs

How much is the transformation package?

The package is just $99 for the 4 weeks including the two scans and unlimited training. The scans alone are valued at $70 so it's great value!

When do I have to start?

You can start whenever you're ready but we recommend sooner than later. A lot of people wait until October to start getting fit/toned for summer. Just think of the head start you'll have!

Does F45 make me bulk up?

Definitely not. Our classes are a combination of cardio and resistance so you'll get the best of both worlds. This gives the majority of our members the 'toned' look they're going for.

Is F45 suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. We've had soooo many beginners since we've opened. As our classes are trainer led, we can spend some time with you to teach proper technique and ensure you stay injury free. All the the stations have various options for weight & difficulty so we simply start at the lower end for beginners and work our way up when you're ready.

Do I have to commit after the 4 weeks?

We're hoping that you love our community so much and are so impressed with your results that you'll want to stay with us but there's absolutely no obligation to join after the 4 weeks.
